Stretch Often: Stretching is actually good for your body. Stretching prevents muscles from tightening and helps keep them flexible and strong.
Know Your Limits: Don't bite off more than you can chew. If you know you will get tired in the sun after one hour, prepare for that. If you know you don't do well sitting down for long periods, and you're going on a site-seeing, prepare for that.
